Our members’ active lifestyles demand attention to wellness in both mind and body. The Grey Oaks fitness center is designed with both in mind, giving members access to a well-rounded experience. State-of-the-art weight rooms and a variety of fitness classes are paired with a selection of relaxing massage therapies. Personal trainers are available on-site for private consultation and guidance.


Being physically fit is important to members at Grey Oaks and our state-of-the art fitness center hosts all the tools for a great workout. Take a Calorie or Cardio Challenge or get physically fit with our Total Wellness Program. Fitness programming also includes tips for eating healthy, avoiding injury, and staying active. Our well-rounded approach to wellness combined with our modern amenities and equipment keep members strong and healthy.


Our Director of Fitness Les Johnson ensures every member receives individual attention, pairing them with a personal trainer or suggesting a workout regimen. Our on-site personal Wellness Center Manager, Megan Kohan, experienced in health-related fitness and strength and conditioning, will even suggest menu items from the clubhouse dining menus that promote a healthy eating plan.
